In developing a mark for Kevin Roddy’s new writing venture, we embraced his writing philosophy and his idea of “Story Threading”: The art of threading a brand’s story consistently through everything it uses to communicate, to ensure a unified brand premise that attracts people and creates a deeper relationship.
This led us to the concept of the double ended pencil, which creates a continuous connected line or “thread” around the logo, and around the physical objects we create.
We worked with Kevin to develop his wordmark, business papers, brand guidelines, and website. We also created imagery to be used on his site and for future digital and print applications.
