Creative Leader. Jack-of-all-trades. Dustin brings 25 years experience in design, art direction and creative leadership to Smith & Company. He’s taken on leadership roles at some of the best digital and above-the-line agencies on the planet, but is just as comfortable stepping into a design role in-house at a start up, or behind a camera.
KRISTI KENNEDY – BUSINESS MANAGER
Detail wrangler. Behind-the-scenes-holder-togetherer. Kristi keeps the paperwork moving, the money changing hands, and the home fires burning. She spent two decades chasing kids and schedules, and helping run the PTA. Who better to manage the business side of a small design shop and all those creative-types.
