540 + is a fitness group consisting of advanced martial artists interested in keeping in touch, and sharing knowledge with one another via a subscription based Facebook group. 540 refers to a designated martial arts rank, 5th Degree and the target age group of 40+. 540 degrees, or full circle and half way round again, is also significant in the martial arts journey.
